You can refer to this map for parking locations and where you will enter the school to get your materials. Please wait in your vehicle until your time slot occurs.
We have made an adjustment to the No-Contact Vehicle pickup date. While we initially stated that we would try to have it on August 16th and 17th, we need to adjust these dates. We are offering the no-contact pickup on August 17th from 9:00am - 3:00pm. You must sign up to pick up your materials. Update 8/11: All Spots have been filled for this event. There will be no photos on this day. There will still be opportunities throughout the year to submit a photo of your child for the IVA yearbook. More details will be announced on how to upload those photos in the future.
Please follow these instructions for our IVA Data Verification. This is an important step to ensure that your child is enrolled in IVA

- August 12th Grades TK-3rd Material Pickup 12:30pm - 4:00pm
- August 13th Grades 4-6th Material Pickup 12:30pm - 4:00pm
- August 17th - No-Contact Pickup - 9:00am - 3:00pm All Spots Have Been Filled
- August 18th - Data Confirmation completed online
- September 8th - Make-Up Picture Day 1:00pm - 4:00pm (more details about sign-ups to come)
