Hello IVA Families,
This year we will be using Sumner Photography for our school photos. In order to provide a paperless and more contact-free experience, we will be providing Sumner with parent email information. If you do not want your information shared please complete this form by Friday, August 6th. Please visit their website at https://www.sumnerphotography.net/parents/ to learn more about the company. If your child opts out of photos, they will still be able to submit a photo for the yearbook. Directions for that process will be provided in the future.
In light of the most recent news, we understand that some families may prefer a “no-contact” drive-thru pick-up option to get their materials. We are currently working on having our back parking lot available on August 17th. Directions and more details will be provided in the next few days. If you choose this option, your child will not take a photo on that date. We will have a make-up picture day on Wednesday, September 8th after school.
In order to keep numbers low on the 12th and 13th, please use the following sign-in sheet and arrive 10 minutes early to your time slot and wait in your vehicle until your time slot opens. If you have any questions, please email ivaelementary@iusd.org.
IVA Elementary is located at 1 Liberty Irvine, CA 92620 (next to Sierra Vista Middle School).

• August 12th Grades TK-3rd Material Pickup 12:30pm - 4:00pm
• August 13th Grades 4-6th Material Pickup 12:30pm - 4:-00pm
• August 17th - No Contact Pickup - more information to come
• Opt Out form if you don’t want your email shared with the photographer (you don’t plan on purchasing photos but want your child’s picture in their class picture)
